Tianzi Jiang, Chief
Dr. Tianzi Jiang is the Professor and Director of Sino-French Laboratory for Computer Science, Automation, and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA) and National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) at the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include computational brain imaging, medical image understanding and analysis, imaging genomics, bioinformatics,applications in neurological and psychiatric diseases.

Yong Fan, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Yong Fan is a Professorisof Sino-French Laboratory for Computer Science, Automation, and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA) and National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) at the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His researchfocuses on understanding the relation between structures and functions of the human brain. He is developing and applying new medical image processing and analysis algorithms to the data analysis (brain development, schizophrenia, aging and Alzheimer's disease).
 
Dewen Hu, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Dewen Hu is a Professor at National University of Defense Technology. His main interests are neural networks, identification and control, robotics, image/signal processing, neuroimaging, cognitive neuroscience, etc. He was awarded 1994 First Prize of Science and Technology Progress Prize from National Committee of Defense Science and Technology on “Biological Vision Based Image Processing System and Applications”, 2007 first prize on “Neuroimage Analysis and Spatiotemporal System Identification” from Ministry of Education of China, etc.
 
Hao Lei, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Hao Lei is a Professor at Wuhan institute of Physics and Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the head of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) group, and also the director of the Laboratory of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. His research interests include developing novel MRI and in vivo magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) technology and applying MRI/MRS technology as tools to study such diverse areas of subject including metabolism and function the brain, animal models of neurological diseases and their treatments, development of novel contrast agent for MRI etc.
 
Bing Liu, Ph.D
Dr. Bing Liu is a Assistant Professor of Sino-French Laboratory for Computer Science, Automation, and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA) and National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) at the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.Her research interests includesystems biology study for complex diseases, biomarker study for complex brain diseases, imaging genomics.
 
Yong Liu, Ph.D
Dr. Yong Liu is a Assistant Professor of Sino-French Laboratory for Computer Science, Automation, and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA) and National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) at the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include computational brain imaging,medical image understanding and analysis, brain network analysis and understanding and applications in neurological and psychiatric diseases.
 
Ming Song, Ph.D
Dr. Ming Song is an associate professor of Sino-French Laboratory for Computer Science, Automation, and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA) and National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) at the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include fMRI data analysis, pattern recognition and brain computer interface.
 
Dezhong Yao, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Dezhong Yao is a Cheung Kong Professor of the school of Life Science and Technology, and director of the Key Laboratory for NeuroInformation of Ministry of Education, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC). His research interests include EEG/ERP, fMRI, connectivity methods with applications in music cognition, and epilepsy/stroke mechanism study.
 
Chunshui Yu, MD, Professor
Dr. Chunshui Yu is the Professor of the Department of Radiology, Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. His research interests include neuroplasticity, human brain atlas and imaging genomics.
 
Yu Shan, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Yu Shan is a research scientist of Sino-French Laboratory for Computer Science, Automation, and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA),INRIA.Her research interests include Medical Image Understanding and Analysis, Applications in Neurological and Psychiatric Disorder, and in Medical Treatment, Markov Random Field Modeling of Image problems and Pattern Recognition.

Dr. Yuan Zhou is an Assistant Professor of Center for Social & Economic Behavior at the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interests include neuroimaging of psychiatry (especially schizophrenia and major depression), neural basis of decision making and imaging genomics.
 
Nianming Zuo, Ph.D
Dr. Nianming Zuo is a Assistant Professor of Sino-French Laboratory for Computer Science, Automation, and Applied Mathematics (LIAMA) and National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition (NLPR) at the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include medical image processing and visualization, X-ray tomographic imaging and reconstruction, general purpose graphics unit processing (GPGPU), medical image processing system development, for research and clinical use.

Liang Li, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Liang Li is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at Peking University (PKU). His research is focused on developing a fuller understanding of the interaction between auditory processing and auditory sensory gating. Of particular interest are neural substrates in the auditory brainstem and forebrain that contribute to auditory sensory storage and speech unmasking. He has established four laboratories at PKU, including those for human psychophysics, human ERP recordings, animal behavioral tests, and animal neurophysiology. He is now also an Associate Editor for the journal Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews.

Dr. Yuanye Ma is the Professor of Neuroscience and the Director of lab for primate cognitive neuroscience at kunming Institute of Zoology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Xunming Ji is the Professor of neurology and neurosurgery, Vice director of Xuanwu Hospital of CMU, Beijing Geriatric Diseases Institute and Beijing Cerebral Vascular Diseases center. His research interests include endovascular treatment for acute cerebral ischemia, neuroprotaction, ischemic preconditioning treatment, benign high intracranial pressure and venous stroke.

Jinsheng Zeng, Professor
Dr. Jinsheng Zeng is director and professor of the Department of Neurology, First Affiliated Hospital of San Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China,and also the Pearl River Scholar Specially Appointed Professor (Chair Professor). Besides, he is the editors-in-chief of the International Journal of Stroke (Chinese version) and the Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases, the deputy editor of the Chinese Journal of Stroke, deputy chief editor of the Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Disease (electronic version) and committee member of the Division of Neurology of Chinese Medical Association, secretary of the Cerebrovascular Disease Society, executive committee member of the Division of Neurology of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Chairman of the Division of Neurology of Guangdong Provincial Medical Doctor Association, Vice-chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Neurology Society, and the team -leader of the Cerebrovascular Disease Study Group. His main clinical interests lie in prevention, acute management and rehabilitation of cerebrovascular diseases. In particular, he had outstanding achievement in the research projects on neuroplasticity after stroke, endogenous neuron stem cell differentiation and remote damage.

Luxian Lv, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Luxian Lv is a professor and chief physician, as well as a recognized psychiatrist,Applied in the Second Affiliated Hospital of XinXiang Medical University. His research interests include bio-psychiatry ( Genetics and immunology of schizophrenia ) and psychopharmacology ( the efficacy and neuroprotective of antidepressants and antipsychotics), and clinical interests include schizophrenia and mood disorder.
 
Yuping Ning, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Yuping Ning is the director and professor of Guangzhou Brain Hospital. Her research is focused on the mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases ( such as Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia with Lewy Body, Parkinson disease ). She is now interested in studying neuropsychiatric disease by molecular genetics and neuroimaging technic.
 
zhangdai Dai Zhang, Ph.D, Professor
Dr. Dai Zhang obtained his B.M. degree in Medicine in 1983, and M.D. in psychiatry in 1990 from Peking University Health Science Center (former Beijing Medical University), China. He has been working at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Peking University Health Science Center as a resident and attending psychiatrist, and then associate professor from 1983 to 1997. He is a professor of psychiatry at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Peking University Health since 1998. He is also the Director of the Key Laboratories for Mental Health, Ministry of Health, China. Dr. Zhang’s group has two major lines of research, the genetic and imaging analysis in schizophrenic and autistic patients, and the molecular studies of important molecules in cell and mice models. His group uses genome-wide association study approach to screen susceptibility genes. Base on the candidate genes, particularly the novel genes involved in neuronal development, could be responsible for schizophrenia and autism, his group focuses on the molecular mechanisms to understand how these genes regulate neuronal development and functioning under both normal and pathophysiological conditions through combination of genetics, neuroimaging, cell and molecular biology approaches.
