Registration is now open and will be closed once it’s full. According to the tradition of the BCW, the number of participants is strictly limited. The maximum of participants of BCW’2012 is 120. Registration cost is RMB 1800 for all attendees (including students and academics). A workshop banquet is an extra and optional for you, on the evening of June 7, with the price RMB 400.

 2) Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel after having registered, please note the following cancellation policy (based on Beijing Time):

• For any cancellation before April 20th, a fee of 50% will be held for administration costs;
• No reimbursement will be allowed after April 20th.

3) Registered Application
Firstly you are required to fill the application form below and get back to us as soon as possible. Then we will inform you before April 5 to determine whether you can move on to formally register the BCW’2012. Please also remember to rename this document from “bcw2012_application_form.pdf” to “YourFirstName-YourLastName.pdf”.
